-Communication in new media demands readers to interact/comment/post their reviews online. It is categorised as collaborative, networked, and unidirectional.
-Creativity. Users can create & edit videos/ post blogs/ post reviews.
Explain FOUR (4) differences between the Industrialization Age and digital Age with current media examples.
Industrial Age : Organisations are centralised & hierarchical, with chain of command and large siloed departments. in Digital age, organisations are internetworked, self managed. Knowledge newtorking and enforces small connected workforce.
Employees: Industrial age focuses on inputs, perform repetitive tasks and stask/job are clearly defined. Digital age focuses on outputs, perform adhoc activities and jobs are not clearly defined.
Economic Environment. Industrial age: Low level on uncertainty, reseults are visible and quantitative, and mass production. Digital age: High lvl of uncertainty, results are invisible and qualitative, and custom production.

-Motion pictures have moved out of the confines of theatres to tht most powerful networking site, i.e Youtube, Netflix, Vimeo. This shift has enabled the rise of streaming services and on-demand content, which allows consumers to access media anytime, anywhere, compared to scheduled broadcasts of traditional media. Additionally, the interactivity offered by platforms like Twitter facilitates immediate feedback and conversation surrounding news and events, contrasting with the one-way communication of traditional media.
