move victim to cool area and shield from sun/heat
remove clothing
if AO, give small sips of cool liquid
if AMS, check FSBG
assess for signs of shock
prep IV
administer NS or LR 20mL/kg

What is heat stroke?
cooling mechanism fails
electrolyte imbalances
AMS
