Cardiovascular Endurance

Muscular Strength
The amount of force a muscle can produce. This is the "power" that helps you lift and carry heavy objects.

Flexibility
It is the ability of joints and muscles to effectively move through an unrestricted.
Body Composition
It is how much of your body is made up of fat, bone, and muscle. It is also a way for health professionals to figure out if a person is at a healthy weight for their body.
