1.5 Ownership and Use of Drawings
The Architect and their consultants retain authorship and ownership of their Instruments of Service, including the right to copyrights.

2.3 Services Required by Owner
(Surveys, Geotechnical, Environmental, Permits, Approvals)The Owner shall provide necessary services including surveys, geotechnical and environmental investigations, and obtain required permits and approvals. These services are essential for the Architect to perform their duties effectively.

if there are any site conditions that weren’t known about, they need to be adressed quickly

allowances shall cover all costs for the project (contractor, materials, labor, equipment, estimated profit)
