Universalizing Religion
A religion that seeks to appeal to people worldwide and spread globally.
Christianity
The largest and most widespread religion, dominant in Europe, the Western Hemisphere, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Oceania.
Branches of Christianity
Includes Roman Catholic, Protestant, and Eastern Orthodox.
Islam
The second-largest and fastest-growing religion, dominant in North Africa and the Middle East, with branches being Sunni and Shia.
Sunni
The larger branch of Islam, comprising approximately 83% of Muslims.
Shia
A branch of Islam comprising about 16% of Muslims, known for its traditional and strict beliefs.

Hinduism
The third largest religion, primarily found in India; emphasizes individual worship and reincarnation.

A monotheistic religion founded in Israel.

The existence of a cultural group outside of their cultural homeland; e.g., Cubans in Hialeah, FL.
