Tell me about yourself…
Why x-ray?
With the rigorous program, are you able to commit the time necessary for studying/clinicals?
Can you tell me any knowledge you know about radiography?
Can you tell me the difference between a radiologist and a radiographer?
Yes of course! A radiographer is a healthcare professional who has been trained to perform imaging procedures, and are in charge of operating equipment, taking images, and assisting patients. Whereas radiologists are medical doctors who specialize in reading the images taken by the radiographers. The radiologists use the images to diagnose and even determine treatments for the patients.

Why did you choose radiography over nursing?
Although nursing is a very rewarding career involving direct patient care, I felt like radiography was a better fit for me because I enjoy working with technology and gives me the chance to interact with patients in a different way. I do have a high respect for nursing, and have considered it, however I think that radiography aligns more with my passion and skills.
