Bipolar Disorder
A mental health condition characterized by extreme mood swings that include emotional highs (mania or hypomania) and lows (depression).
Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)
A type of depression that occurs at a specific time of year, usually in the winter months, characterized by symptoms such as sadness and fatigue due to reduced sunlight.
Postpartum Depression (PPD)
