In scene 1 what does the setting of the Younger's apartment convery about them and their situation
The apartment is small they all share bathroom. They don't have much money.
How are Walter and Beneatha alike in their ambitions? How are they different?
The two of them both have dreams and want to make money. Benny wants to become a doctor, while Walter wants to make money on his own to support his family. Benny spends money on pointless things, and Walter spends money on his kid.

Benny is unexsperienced of her herritage, she is trying to find herself. She objects to being called a assimilationist because she refuses to conform. She thinks she knows more about her herritage than she really does in order to escape her reality.
Mama observes to Walter, "once upon a time freedom used to be life, now it's money." what does she mean? do you agree?
Mama wants the kids to appreciate everything they have. She thinks all they care about now is money.

This helps them escape reality and walter is drunk

How does walter act before Mama gives him the money? How does the money change him?
Before Walter got the money he was going mad(getting drunk, fighting with wife). After mama gives him the money he starts acting like the man of the house.

Linder is racist he thinks "colored people" should live in a seprete community and offers them a deal to move. When Walter rejects the offer he gets worked up.
How did you feel when the family lost the most? did you see it coming?
Walter already had a plan for the money before mama even gave it to him, so it was exspected.
How does the lost of the money effect Walter? Benny? Mama?
Mama and Walter are furious. Walter does feel bad that he disipointed mama. Benny is upset that mama would give the money to walter and allow him to give away her possible future.

Why does Walter decide to accept Linders offer? How does Walters decision effect Mama?
Since Walter lost the money mama gave him he wants to sell the house and gain some back so he can feel good and have money again. Mama dissagress and thinks he shouldn't accept money from anyone. Walter than changes into a man.
at the end how have they changed and what still remains the same?
the family relationship with each other has changed. Walter become the man of the house. They buy a new house but they still are not finacially stable.
