Macbeth knows that Banquo was a good person as he mentions that his soul will fly to heaven. This suggests that Banquo could potentially be a good king regardless of the witches prophecies
His virtues will plead like angels
The noun angels has positive connotations of purity and goodness which shows that duncan was a righteous king because he fit in the ideology of how kings should be like

Banquo is shown to be very insightful and careful which shows he is a better king because he possess the traits
