To misplace

to lose something, but only for a short time, because you have put it in the wrong place and cannot remember where.

Foe

an enemy or opponent

Commitment

a promise or decision to do something or to support something, which you intend to keep even if it is difficult.

To grip

to hold something very tightly

Hurtful

causing emotional pain or upset to someone

Captivating

holding your attention completely because of being extremely interesting, attractive, or beautiful

Damp

slightly wet, often in an unpleasant or uncomfortable way. Not completely dry

Awkward

causing or feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, or not relaxed. It can also describe something that is difficult to use or handle

Compulsory

something that you must do because of a rule or law. It is required and not a choice

Alimony

money that one person must regularly pay to their former spouse after a divorce or separation, as ordered by a court

Conjunction

a word that connects words, phrases, or parts of a sentence together. Common examples are 'and', 'but', 'or', 'because', and 'if'.

Conjugal visit

a scheduled visit in a prison where an inmate is allowed to spend private time, usually in a separate apartment or room, with their legal spouse or partn
