Font
A set of characters that have the same design.
Font Size
Determines the height of characters in units called points
Font Color
The color of characters in a font set.
Bold
A print enhancement used to make characters appear darker than other text to add emphasis
Italic
A text style that makes text slanted.
Underline
A text style that puts a line under text.
Format icon
Used to change row height or column width.
Border
Line placed on one or more sides of a cell.
Fill color
The background color appearing behind data in a cell
Increase Font Size
Button that increases font size with each click
Decrease Font Size
Button that decreases font size with each click
Cell Alignment
The position in which text is placed within a cell
Flash Fill
Automatically fills in values when you enter examples of the output that you want.
Orientation icon
Used to rotate your text diagonally or vertically
Increase indent
To increase the space between the cell border and where the text begins
Decrease indent
To decrease the space between the cell border and where the text begins
Vertical alignment
A setting that refers to how content is positioned between the top and bottom of the cell
Merge & Center
Merges the content of several cells into one cell and centers the content of the merged cell.
Wrap Text
Move data to a new line when the cell is not wide enough to display all the contents.

Contains all of the options available for formatting cells in an Excel worksheet.
Find
Used to find text or other content within a worksheet
Replace
A command that enables users to search for text and replace it with other text.
Conditional formatting
Enables you to specify how cells that meet one or more given conditions should be displayed.
