How to get get percentage the mean is away from half of the data like it would be if it was normally distrubuted
Add up all data points until the mean on the x-axis and divide by the total amount divided by 2
Spread
There are 3 SDs up and down from the mean which should cover 99% of the data. If 3SDs is outside of experimental range then not normally distrubuted
Shape
Should be symmetrial and bell shaped with one peak - then mean does not equal median which does not equal the mode
How to get mean
take the midpoint of every bar on the x-axis and multiply with corresponding y-axis and add together then divide by number of data points
What is the mean median and mode
The mean is the average, calculated by summing all values and dividing by the count. The median is the middle number after the data is ordered from smallest to largest. The mode is the number that appears most frequently
how to find x
follow lines of tree and then add everything together, that equals the total number given, divide both sides of equation by number preceding x to get x
