What does the anterior cerebral artery supply?
supplies most of the superior-medial parietal lobes and portions of the frontal lobes with fresh blood

What does the middle cerebral artery supply?
lateral (side) areas of the frontal, temporal, and parietal lobes

What does the posterior cerebral artery supply?
the occipital lobe, the inferior part of the temporal lobe, and various deep structures (thalamus)

Anterior inferior cerebellar artery
from basilar; supplies inferior cerebellum

Superior cerebellar artery
from basilar; supplies superior cerebellum

Posterior and Anterior communicating artery
cerebral arterial circle (of willis)

Internal carotid
from common carotid; supplies cerebral lobes and eye
