There is kafarah for accident killing but not for amid according ahnafs. Shwafi say if the one who kills accidently then by darja e awla kafarah must be given. We say the one who kills deliberately for him is ghe punishment of the hereafter. The diyat and qisaas he has to give this as he destroyed hukook ul ibaad the punishment of the hereafter is due to hukook allah so we don’t consider diyat and qisaas as kafarah
