Relative height
We perceive objects that are higher in our field of vision to be farther away than those that are lower
Relative size
The size that can object looks (objects that are farther away look smaller to the eye, while objects that are closer up look larger)
Light and shadow
The way light falls on an object and reflects off its surface, and the shadows that are cast by objects are cues for the brain to determine the shape of objects and their position

One object partially covers another object, giving the perception the object that is particularly covered is farther away (provides people with the feeling that they are perceiving depth)
