• son or daughter of legal age
• either parent
• brother or sister of legal age
• guardian of the decedent at the time of his death

• designated officer of the hospital
• BUT FIRST... the family of the deceased should be located within 48 hours.

If the will/card/document was delivered, what can one do to amend/ revoke from being a Legacy/ Donor?
If the will/card/document was delivered:
• signed statement
• oral statement with 2 witnesses (sent to legatee)
• dying declaration (physician to legatee)
• signed card/document found on the person
If the will/card/document was not delivered, what can one do to amend/ revoke from being a Legacy/ Donor?
• (conditions mentioned above)
• destruction, cancellation, or mutilation of the documents
• revocation of wills
