All roles in the church are filled based on the gifts the holy spirit gives

The gifts of the holy spirit are not based on things such as race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or gender

the church can’t turn those away with gifts, instead it should be a place to practice and use them

So they can enter into the presence of god and speak to god on behalf of others and speak god’s word to others/

Israel was the kingdom of priests, but now the church is the kingdom of priests
