What makes up the appendicular skeleton?

scapula, clavicle

What is in the upper girdle>

Spine, supraspinous fossa, infraspinous fossa, acromion process, lateral border, medial border

What are the posterior structures of the scapula? (6)

Coracoid process, subscapular fossa

What are the anterior structures of the scapula? (2)

lateral border, glenoid cavity, medial border

What are the medial/lateral structures of the scapula? (3)

Superior angle, inferior angle, suprascapular notch

What are the inferior/superior structures of the scapula? (3)

clavicle

Condyle, lateral epicondyle, medial epicondyle, coronoid fossa, olecranon fossa

What are the distal structures of the humerus? (5)

capitulum, trochlea

What are the 2 condyles of the humerus?

head, radial tuberosity, neck

What are the proximal structures of the radius? (3)

styloid process, ulnar notch

What are the distal structures of the radius? (2)

Olecranon, trochlear notch, radial notch, coronoid process, ulnar tuberosity

What are the proximal structures of the ulna? (5)

ulnar styloid process, head

What are the distal structures of the ulna? (2)

trochlear notch pivots on the trochlea of the humerus, head of the radius pivots on the radial notch of the ulna

scaphoid, lunate, triquetrum, pisiform, trapezium, trapezoid, capitate, hamate
