Enumerated Power
Powers specifically granted to the United States Congress.
Reserved Power
Powers reserved to the states, as per the 10th Amendment (e.g., creating an education system, issuing driver's licenses).
Concurrent Power
Powers shared by the federal/national and state governments (e.g., collecting taxes, borrowing money, making laws).
Interest Group
Groups that work to influence the government and public opinion.
Lobbyists
Individuals who try to persuade lawmakers to introduce or support legislation.
