Departure.

The fact of a person or vehicle, etc. leaving somewhere (Salida/Partida)

A particular day shown using a number, and sometimes a month and year (fecha)

Leave

To go away from someone or something, for a short time or permanently (irse de)

Destination

the place where someone is going or where something is being sent or taken (destino)

Layover

a short stay in a place that you make while you are on a longer journey to somewhere else (escala)

Your flight has a three-hour layover in Shanghai.

El vuelo tiene una escala de tres horas en Shanghai.

Flight

a journey in an aircraft (vuelo)

That's too bad. I'd rather have a direct flight.

Qué lástima. Prefiero tomar un vuelo directo.

I wanted to fly first class or business class, but I'll be in economy.

First class

the most expensive seats when traveling by plane, train, etc. (primera clase)

Business class

travelling conditions on an aircraft that are better than the conditions you get when you travel more cheaply (clase preferente)

Economy class

(using) the cheapest and least comfortable type of seats on an aircraft (clase turista)

I want to upgrade to business class.

Quiero cambiar a clase ejecutiva.

Upgrade

to improve the quality or usefulness of something, or change it for something newer or of a better standard (actualizar/renovar)

Flyer miles

also known as airline miles or points, are a type of currency that can be earned and redeemed for travel benefits and other rewards (millas de viajero)

Frequent flyer

a person who often travels by plane, especially someone who usually uses the same airline and belongs to that airline's club, which provides them with special advantages such as free flights (viajero frecuente)

I have almost 50,000 frequent-flyer miles.
