Binary
A number system that uses only two digits: 0 and 1; used by computers to process and store data.
Decimal
A number system that uses ten digits (0–9); the standard system for most human number use.
Place Value
The value of a digit based on its position in a number (e.g., in 345, the 3 represents 300).
