yep went to a classy class on hazing a littl ebit ago and it is fresh in my mind.

yes water jeoprdy has been going on for some time now and there has never been a problme before.

how does water jepordy work

water jepordy opprats like regulard jepordy but isnt of getting points when you an swer a question correclty you avoid drinking ater, vic versa when you get smth wrong you have to drink for anywere betwoo 1 and 10 seconds.

how was jessica behaving

jessaca was alaways a bit of a clown it think that she was getting answers wrong on purpose my evidence of this is that jessic would be laughing on her way to the coolers. she would often not phrase the answers as questiosn earning her mroe penaltys

yes hse had menchaned to me at some point that she belived the game was not a good idea. i asked her why she belived that not knowing why or how the game would be dangurs my self and she jsut mumbles sth about how her nursing proffesor saying it was bad.

How long had you been playing for when Jessica collapsed

we had been playing for about and horu and a half when she made that fautal turn back from the water coolerz and collapsed on the ground

how did you behave when jessica batson collapsed

when i saw jessica fall to the floor on her way back from the water coolers i told her to get up though she was trying to be funny agian. when she didnt say anything i went over and rolled her over, i saw the she appeared to have passed out. i tryed to shaek her awake and got some water from one of the fcoolers to splash in her face.

how did 911 get called

since i do not carry a phone when conducting the plege activitys i yelled for sombdoy to call 911; there was not phone in the basement. alex ended up calling the police.

were you complient with the police?

yes whe they got there they said it didnt look like i have done anything wrong and happily answered all the questions the cop asked me. i told them to search the whole house for alcohol when i was asked if her condition could be alcohol related. not alcohol was found.

when were you arressted

4 days later the cop came back and arrested me.

was there any kind of wavior

yes jessic signed a wavoir saying she knew it was ?volintary?(double check that)

do you know jessica

yes i have know her older brother cole batson for years and jessica used to coem up to campus and visit him before she got into collage. we even helped her out of some sticky situations becuase i care about her.
