Description of the test
cones are positioned 20m apart
On the beep, participants must run to the next cone a arrive before next beep
Failure to make two ‘beeps’ in a row results in the test being over. Participants will record their level, (eg:5.2)
Levels progressively get faster as participants run

Description of the test
cones are set up within a 5×10cm grid ,creating the columns and a slalom in the middle column
To start the test, participants are required to lie flat on the ground face facedown
On the start whistle, participants are required to run around the cones in the set sequence
Once the participant runs past the ‘finish’ cone, the stopwatch theme is recorded

Description of the test
participant lies on the floor with their arms full extended overhead
Grasp a ruler/pole with their hands shoulder width apart
The participant raises the ruler/pole as high as they can, ensuring they keep their chin in contact with ground through out the test

participants work in pairs, one recording one performing
The participant performs the following set: 8×7 second sprints, departing every 30 seconds
Each sprint is with maximal effort
The recorder notes down the number of cones rn past, from centre line onwards
