Christ

Paschal Mystery
The process through which salvation is obtained, encompassing the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus.
Twelve

Incarnation
The belief that Jesus is fully divine and fully human.
Messiah
The hope for the Jews of a savior.
Crucifixion
The method of Jesus' execution.
Parousia
The second coming of Christ.
Gospel
Stories that contain religious truths about the Kingdom of God.
Sanhedrin
The Jewish court that accused Jesus of blasphemy.
Gethsemane
The garden where Jesus is arrested.
Public Ministry
Most of the Gospel stories deal with Jesus' life during this time period.
John the Baptist
He was beheaded by King Herod.

The meaning of the term 'gospel'.
Women
They were the first witnesses to the Resurrection.
Resurrection
Jesus rises from the dead after three days.
