Im currently a college student at san jac and I plan on transferring to the university of houston after two years to get my Bachelors degree in Public Relations. In my free time I like paint, I took advanced art classes all throughout high school and I was actually offered a scholarship for the western art academy during my senior year.

I really admire the companies values and how commited everyone is here and I could tell right away the management here really cares about about their staff, not just as employees, but as people. you go out of your to provide the best experience for both the customers and your team.

If a customer complains to you about the wait time, what would you do?

I would apologize to them and calmly repeat the wait time back to them and let them know that I will seat them as soon posssible. But if the situation esclalates or if the customer asks, then I will go grab a manger and let them know what going on. But I would try to handle the situation on my own before involving the managers.

Your talking with a customer and the phone rings, what do you do?

I tell the customer to excuse me for a moment and answer the phone but if its not a quick question then I will ask the person on the phone to hold and I will finish the conversation with the other customer.
