Robin Cook and Iraq war:Didn’t want war with Iraq which was damaging to Blair’s reputation.
Kwasi Kwarteng (finance minister; Oct 22): Resigned over disagreeing with Liz Truss’s budget proposals which included a top band rate of income tax.
Individual responsibility - accepting responsibility for injustice whithin their departments/inability to deliver a policy promise
Claire Perry 2016: (rail minister) Her fault for lack of reliability and overcrowding, resigned a week later.
Political pressure:
