Common duty of care owed to lawful visitors
S2(3)(a)
An occupier must be prepared for children to be less careful than adults.

If someone is there to perform a particular role with particular risks

It is sufficient for the occupier to warn the visitor about any dangers
S2(4)(b)
The occupier is not liable if they acted reasonably entrusting the work to a contractor and ensured the contractor was competent and carried out the work properly.
