Progressive Tense
Describes an action that is ongoing or in progress, formed with am/is/are + verb-ing.
Perfect Tense
Describes an action that was completed before another time, formed with have/has + past participle.
Perfect Progressive Tense
Describes how long an action has been happening up to a certain point, formed with have/has been + verb-ing.

Progressive
