First attempt at converting Egypt to monotheism, which failed as soon as he died. He moved the capital south in at attempt to convert people.
Tutenkhamen
Famous because his tomb was found completely untouched, which told us a lot about the culture, and Egypt at the time.

Best preserved mummy, which was informative about Egypt.
