What is the formula for transformers?
primary voltage/secondary voltage = number of turns in primary coil/ number of turns in secondary coil
formula for transformer efficiency?
primary pd x primary current = secondary pd x secondary current
This is because they are 100% efficent
What is induced current?
Current produced by movement between a conductor and a magnetic field will result in movement of electrons in the conductor
What is Lenz's law?
the direction of an induced electric current always opposes the change in magnetic flux that produced it
