Rituximab - risk of which infection?

High risk of latent Hep B reactivation, so need to be screened before starting.

Rituximab targets and suppresses B-cells. When these are suppressed, it can allow Hep B to reactivate, potentially leading to severe liver problems. If screening is positive, pt needs to be started on antivirals
