What are my best examples of leading improvement and tighning standards
My best base example is Sure Start Children’s Centre Coordinator. You managed a team of 4 family support workers, took the centre to full designation within 18 months, built partnerships that were then rolled out across the county, and created policies and processes in line with government and Ofsted guidance. That is very strong evidence for RI questions about oversight, service drift, supporting and challenging managers, and improving standards.

A good example of transferable leadership experience is when I was coordinating a Sure Start Children’s Centre. I was responsible for leading staff, strengthening systems and making sure the service met required standards. I reviewed practice, tightened processes, built stronger partnership working and helped take the centre to full designation within 18 months. What that shows about me as an RI is that I understand how to move a service from intention to consistent practice, and how to challenge drift early rather than waiting for it to become embedded.”
