Water flows from highlands and over the surface into streams and rivers

The suns heats causes the water to evaporate causing water to change from water to water vapour

Transpiration

Plants give out water vapour through their leaves

Condensation

Warm moist air cools as it rises. Causing water to change from water vapour to water droplets. Small water droplets combine to form big droplets. The droplets gather in large amounts to form clouds
