What is the organization's mission?

To inspire girls of color deriving from marginalized communities to become positive change agents of the world through our triple-aim of sisterhood, mentorship, and confidence-building.

What is the organization's vision?

To instill confidence in young girls who come from marginalized D.C. communities. After our mentoring, we hope to have built enough confidence in each girl so that they can advocate for themselves, go to college, and change the world if that's what they aspire to do.
