this happens through transubstiantion which is when the bread and wine become the Body and Blood of Jesus.
belief about the eucharist - 2, point
The Eucharist is considered the summit of a Christian's life

This shows that the Eucharist is more than a ritual, it's the highest point of the Christian journey. The opening prayer, called the "collect," gathers everyone's prayers, showing our unity with Christ and each other.

the first three commandments such as worship only God, do not use the Lord’s name in vain, keep the sabbath holy, all teach us how to worship the Lord our God. In the quotation “love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, strength, and mind.”
the decalogue is the only way to live a good catholic life - for, 1, explain
This helps guide Catholics on how full devotion to God comes before anything else. It means putting God first in everything that we do, making him the centre of our lives. without a relationship with God, we cannot live out a good Catholic life.

these commandments teach Catholics how to live in harmony with each other. Just as God forgives, values and cares for us, we are made to do the same. By showing love to people around us, it reflects on God’s example of loving one another.

This teaches us that all human life is sacred and equal, every person must be treated with respect, regardless of status, wealth, or ability. no one is valued any more or any less than one another.

the common good means choosing actions that helps everyone, not just things that benefit ourselves

This teaches us to support policies that protect the environment, we help build a society where no one is left behind.
conclusion
in my opinion, i disagree with this statement because although the decalogue is a good foundation for how to live a good Catholic life, i personally do not believe that it is the ONLY way, as there are several other teachings that help guide us, such as Catholic Social Teachings.
