Components of Fitness

FITT Principle

Max Heart Rate

Aerobic Exercises
Physical activities that use large muscle groups and are sustained through a prolonged period, improving cardiovascular fitness.
Lifeguard Strokes
Swimming techniques that are specifically used in lifesaving scenarios, including front crawl and breaststroke.
Fault
A violation of the rules in badminton and pickleball that results in the loss of a serve.
No-Volley Zone
Area in pickleball where players cannot hit the ball unless it has bounced first.

Deuce
