Race

Identity with a group of people who are perceived to share a physical trait, such as skin color.

Ethnicity

Identity with a group of people who share the cultural traditions of a particular homeland or hearth.

Nationality

Identity with a group of people who share legal attachment to a particular country.

Human Diversity

The vast range of differences among groups including those related to age, class, color, culture, disability, ethnicity, family structure, gender, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, and sexual orientation.

Diaspora

A dispersion of people from their homeland.

Religion

The belief in and worship of a superhuman power or powers, especially a God or gods.

Denomination/Sect

A division of a branch of religion that unites a number of local congregations into a single legal and administrative body.

Secular

Concerned with worldly rather than spiritual matters.

Universalizing Religion

A religion that attempts to appeal to all people, not just those living in a particular location.

Ethnic Religion

A religion with a relatively concentrated spatial distribution whose principles are likely to be based on the physical characteristics of the particular location in which its adherents are concentrated.

Atheism

The belief that a God does not exist.

Agnosticism

The belief that the existence of God can't be proven or disproven empirically.

Monotheism
