Bullying
is an unwanted, aggressive behavior
The behavior is REPEATED, or CAN BE REPEATED, OVER TIME
In order to consider bullying, the behavior must be aggressive and include:

A person may only suffer from the fear of harm if he/she gives in to the demand/s of the one who extorts

Cyberterrorism
is the use of information technology to aback civilians and draw attention to the terrorists’ cause. This may mean that they use computer systems or telecommunications as a tool to carry out a traditional attack.
It refers to an attack on information technology itself in a way that would drastically disturb network services.
