  • Declares a person/group guilty of crime + punishes w/o trial.

  • To aid passage through Lords against Strafford, Pym reveals 'army plot' rumour catholic officers (+queen) raising army to dissolve parlt. + release strafford.

  • Mob surrounds parliament demanding strafford's head
