Hypertensive Urgency
Blood pressure is very elevated without evidence of impending target organ damage, managed with oral antihypertensive agents.
Hypertensive Emergency
An acute life-threatening blood pressure elevation requiring immediate treatment due to serious target organ damage risk.
Aneurysm
Localized sac or dilation at a weak point in an artery wall, commonly saccular or fusiform.
EVAR
Endovascular repair of an abdominal aortic aneurysm, involving frequent monitoring and postoperative care.
Aortic Dissection
Separation between the inner and middle layer of the aortic artery wall, leading to severe chest pain and potential rupture.
Valvular Disorders
Conditions affecting heart valves, including regurgitation, stenosis, and prolapse, often requiring surgical repair or replacement.
Myocarditis
