Bible
The word Bible means 'the books' and is a library of books written by different authors inspired by the Holy Spirit.
Old Testament
Also known as the Hebrew Scriptures, it consists of 46 books and tells the story of the ancient Israelites before Jesus.
New Testament
Consists of 27 books written over 40 years, fulfilling the prophecies in the Old Testament about Jesus.

What does it mean that the Bible is “inerrant”
While there are minor errors in scriptures (dates, names, etc.) There is NO ERROR in the message itself. As humans are not perfect the reader has to recognize that there will be some discrepancies/errors.
