Romans 10:9

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Romans 10:13

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

1 Cor 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures.

Paul says, when he wrote this book (AD 55), that he had earlier “delivered” (AD 51/52) to them what at an earlier date (AD 30s/40s) he had “received.

1 Cor 15:11 Therefore whether it were I or they, so we preach, and so ye believed.

Paul states that he and all the other Apostles were on the same page and preaching the same Gospel message around AD 55

Gal 1:18 Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and abode with him fifteen days.

Paul says he met with Peter and James, the Lord’s brother (about AD 35/36) only 3 years after his conversion (about AD 31/33); this was probably when he received the Gospel creed about Jesus death and resurrection

Gal 2:6 But of these who seemed to be somewhat, (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no man’s person:) for they who seemed to be somewhat in conference added nothing to me.

Paul says Peter, James and John “added nothing to me” meaning they felt no need to alter the Gospel he was preaching

Gal 2:9 And when James, Cephas (Peter), and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision.

Paul says Peter, James and John gave him “the right hand of fellowship” approving his message early on

It’s a legend.

The women’s testimony were thought by the disciples to be “idle tales”.

Fraud 1 The disciples stole his body.

The Sanhedrin paid the Roman Guard and covered for them.

Fraud 2 Someone else took the body.

Mary suggests the gardener may have taken the body and put it elsewhere.

Hallucinations

The Gospels refer to groups seeing Jesus at the same time, and Jesus claims He is not a mere spirit.

He didn’t die on the cross. The soldiers did not break Jesus’ legs.

Water and blood come from the spear wound.

Kalam cosmological argument

Whatever began to exist has a cause. The universe began to exist. Therefore the universe has a cause. The Big Bang is accepted by most scientists; theorizes that the universe had a beginning. Everything had a beginning: time, matter, life, etc. C.S. Lewis stated, “If ever there was a time nothing existed, nothing would exist now.”

Fine-tuning argument

There are a number of cosmic constants in the universe that are so finely balanced that if they varied in any way, there would be no life on planet earth. The earth seems to be just right for human life and thus designed.

Intelligent Design argument

Odds of getting a universe so close to our needs is so astronomical, that it is highly unlikely it could have happened by accident. This seems to point to design.
