Founding principles

1. Respect your peers. Brotherhood breeds from respect of personal space, property, and action

2. The foundation of a fraternity is its brotherhood. It is not a right, but a privilege to be earned and maintained

3. A person without confidence is one who is not accomplished. Having confidence in oneself allows others to have confidence in him. The first step to achieving is the belief that one can achieve

4. Refuse to set limits. There is no limit to what we can accomplish
