Fear Hierarchy
Make a List of 1 - 10 as to what scares you
Progressive Relaxation
Work your way up the hierarchy and as you feel anxious you stop, breathe, relax, imagine your “happy place” then continue working your way up the hierarchy
Virtual Reality Therapy
Headset with fear arousing situations: slowly work through: such as flyers, spiders, or public speaking
Aversive Conditioning
associates an unpleasant state (such as nausea) with an unwanted behavior (such as drinking alcohol)
