eucharist: memorial of Christ’s sacrifice on the Cross
confirmation: outpouring of the gifts of the Holy Spirit
reconciliation: healing of sin; reuniting of God and man
marriage: unites in God’s love; mirrors Christ’s love for all people
holy orders: sacred power to serve in the name of Christ as Apostles did
anointing of the sick: unites suffering with Christ; strength and comfort
