Retrogressive Landslide

happen when the top layer of soil begins to slide down.

Piecemeal Landslide

a type of landslide that can occur when multiple landslide events happen in the same place.

Reactivated Landslide

- happen when the area of a previous landslide incident is disturbed, which results into the reactivation of another landslide.

Sinkholes

are also common where the rock below the land surface is carbonate rock, salt beds, or rocks that can actually be dissolved by groundwater circulating through them.

Human-induced Sinkhole

is a sinkhole that's caused by human activities
