Here are the new words you have learnt! Keep in mind that the Spanish translations aren't always "faithful", but some give a general sense of the terms.

to continue doing or using something; not changing to something else (mantenerse en algo)

reluctant

unwilling or hesitant; showing hesitation or unwillingness (reacio/a)

(in a figurative sense) inherently or permanently connected or programmed (conectado de forma innata)

shift

a change in position, direction, or focus (cambio)

pitfall

a hidden or unsuspected danger or difficulty (trampa, peligro oculto)

generally, on the whole (en general)

hack

a clever or quick solution to a problem (solución ingeniosa)

willpower

the ability to control one's impulses and actions (voluntad)

gargle

to rinse or clean one's throat and mouth with liquid, making a bubbling sound (hacer gárgaras)

groggy

feeling weak, tired, and disoriented, often after waking up from sleep or due to illness (aturdido/a)

rewire

to reorganize or reconfigure something, especially an electrical system (reconfigurar, reorganizar)

stakes

the potential risks or consequences involved in a situation (riesgos, consecuencias)

chunks

pieces or portions of something (trozos, fragmentos)

easily noticeable, tangible, or perceptible (palpable)

to deplete or exhaust the supply of something (quedarse sin algo)

the act of reorganizing or altering the connections of a system (reconexión)

indirectly referred to or suggested (alusión a)

bombarding

continuously attacking or overwhelming with a large amount of something (bombardear)

longevity

long duration or the length of time something exists or persists (longevidad)
