1st degree assault
Intentionally causes serious bodily injury (SBI) with a deadly weapon or disfigures another person, engages in conduct creating a grave risk of death causing SBI, or threatens with a deadly weapon.
2nd degree assault

False imprisonment
Knowingly confines or detains another without consent and without legal justification.
Violation of Custody Order
Any person, including natural parent, who knows they have no privilege to do so, takes or entices any child under 18 from custody or care of child’s parents/ guardian/ lawful custodian
1st degree murder
After deliberation, with intent to cause death of another person and causes the death of that person, self induced intoxication = defense. Attitude of universal malice and extreme indifference to the value of human life.
2nd Degree murder
Knowingly causes the death of another person, crime of violence
2nd degree felony murder
Attempts/commits arson, robbery, kidnapping, burglary, certain sex assaults, escape, and during the immediate flight someone other than participants is killed by anyone

Internet sexual exploitation of a child
Actor knowingly "invites, or entices" through electronic messaging, a person the actor knows/believes to be under 15 yoa and the actor is at least four years older than the victim, to do the following Expose or touch child's own intimate parts while communicating with the actor via electronic messaging; or Observe actor's intimate parts via electronic messaging.

3rd degree arson

4th degree arson
Knowingly or recklessly starts or maintains a fire, or causes an explosion, on their own or another's property, And in so doing places another in danger of death or serious bodily injury, or places any building or occupied structure in danger

Knowingly enters or remains unlawfully in a building or occupied structure to commit a crime
3rd degree burglary
Enter or breaks into any vault, safe, cash register, or any other container.
Robbery
Knowingly takes anything of value from another by use of force, threats, or intimidation.
Aggravated robbery
Is armed with a deadly weapon with intent (if resisted) to use such deadly weapon; or Knowingly wounds or strikes the person robbed, with a deadly weapon, or Uses force, threats, or intimidation, with a deadly weapon, to put person robbed in fear of bodily injury or death; or Possesses/uses anything which a person may believe is a deadly weapon, or represents they are so armed (simulated weapon)
Theft
Knowingly obtains or exercises control over anything of value without authorization, intending to permanently deprive the other person of it
2nd degree motor vehicle theft
Knowingly obtains/exercises control over a motor vehicle of another without authorization, or by threat or deception and:
Retains possession/control for more than 24 hours (or)
Attempts to alter/disguise appearance motor vehicle (or)
Attempts to alter/remove vehicle identification number (or)
Uses motor vehicle in commission of crime (other than traffic offense) (or)
Causes $500 or more property damage via motor vehicle (or)
Causes bodily injury to another while controlling motor vehicle (or)
Removes motor vehicle from the state (or)
Unlawfully attaches or displays false license plates on vehicle
3rd degree motor vehicle theft
Steals a motor vehicle but none of the eight aggravators were present.
1st degree motor vehicle theft
Knowingly obtains/exercises control over a motor vehicle of another without authorization, or by threat or deception and has two prior convictions or adjudications for an offense involving motor vehicle theft or unauthorized use of a motor vehicle anywhere in the United States.
Theft by receiving
Receives, retains, loans money by pawn, or disposes anything of value of another, Knowing or believing the thing of value had been stolen, With the intent to permanently deprive
Theft of rental property
By means of threat or deception, obtains temporary use of rental property (available only for hire) when not authorized to do so; (or) By means or threat or deception, obtains such rental property knowing there is no consent; After lawfully obtaining consent to possess the rental property temporarily, knowingly fails to disclose whereabouts or return the rented property within 72 hours from the time he was suppose to return it (72 hour grace period).
Concealment of goods
Concealment of unpurchased goods or merchandise whether on their person or otherwise, and whether on or off premises of the store is considered prima facie evidence of theft Concealment is not a crime itself, but is considered prima facie evidence of an intent to commit theft.
1st degree trespass dwelling/motor vehicle
Knowingly and unlawfully enters or remains in the dwelling of another [no intent to commit crime dwelling is occupied or any motor vehicle, with intent to commit a crime therein.
2nd degree trespassing
