Data Analysis Interpretation

(8.1) The process of evaluating an analysis to understand and explain its meaning.

Data Exploration

(8.1) The process of evaluating the data to determine whether additional analyses is required.

Confirmation Bias

(8.3) A form of bias where an individual performs an analysis to prove a predetermined assumption.

Selection Bias

(8.3) A form of bias where an individual subjectively selects data used in the analysis.

Validity

(8.4) The instance when a data analysis measures what it is supposed to, and it represents reality.

Reliability

(8.4) The instance when the measures used in a data analysis are accurate and consistent, and when the data used is dependable and trustworthy.
