Solo Practice
a medical practice in which the physician works alone
Partnership
two or more providers have a legal agreement to share the operation of the practice.
Multi-provider clinics
group practices, which consist of three or more providers who share a facility for the purpose of practicing medicine
Urgent Care Centers
An ambulatory care center that takes care of patients with acute illness and injuries and those with minor emergencies.
PCMH-patient centered medical home
A model of patient care designed to provide preventative services and comprehensive care facilitated by a personal physician who coordinates the patient's health care services with other health care professionals, including Pharmacists.
